We strive to create dishes that are pleasing to the eye while adhering to the fundamental principles of Japanese cuisine.The menu mainly consists of dishes made with seasonal ingredients handpicked directly from Toyosu Market, and freshly cooked rice cooked in a clay pot.The soup stock is freshly made every morning, and special soup stock is used for soup bowls.In particular, the soup dish, in which dashi stock made from tuna flakes and bonito flakes is added just before serving, is a dish that allows you to enjoy the different aromas.
